AwardNL offers you a short training to become an Award Leader and then provides you with all kinds of available tools and support from the Award office.
Do you already work for a school or other youth organization?
Help youth achieve their goals and growth. You will coach young people aged 14-24 from your school or organization with becoming independant with development of their talents and becoming social involved.

Learning by doing
Award participants put together their own program with goals that they
want to achieve. An Award Leader helps them do so. After completing all
activities, participants receive, during a festive ceremony, a Bronze, Silver or Gold Award.
