Give content to youth development with the Award program. Within schools as an addition to the curriculum, fulfill citizenship education and improve soft skills. For Youth Centers a framework to involve young people socially and let them develop personaly. For organizations an ideal program to keep young people involved.
Young people put their own Award program together. It consists of extra-curricular activities, with goals they want to achieve within a certain period of time. An Award Leader assists them. After completing the program, participants receive, during a festive ceremony, a Bronze, Silver or Gold Award.
