Participation in AwardNL requires a commitment to the personal talent development of the individual.
Therefore, we like to review the following beforehand:

• What is the link between the vision and organizational policy of the school/organization and the vision and purpose of the Award program?
• What target group do you want to offer this program to? Is there a specific reason for it?
• What financial resources are available to set up and implement the program?
• Is there agreement for a number of hours for a minimum of two Award Leaders?
• Are a minimum of two staff members available to provide training for Award Leaders? 
• Is there at least one person willing to become an Expedition Assessor and attend the associated training?
• Is there time and support to embed the program into your organization and to inform the team about the Award program?
• Is there information available from the municipality regarding regulations for minima or other funding?
• Is there an opportunity to inform parents about the Award program?

At the start of the program we enter into a license agreement that clearly defines the roles and responsibilities of all parties.
